1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the SpeedyGo WordPress plugin (“Plugin”), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the Plugin. These Terms apply to all use of the Plugin and the speedygo.io website (“Site”).

2. License Grant

Upon completing a one-time purchase, SpeedyGo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use the Plugin on the number of WordPress sites specified in your purchased plan.

  • This license is perpetual — you own the Plugin version you purchased and may continue using it indefinitely

  • An active, valid license is required to receive plugin updates and support access.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Plugin or your license key with any third party

  • You may not use the Plugin on more sites than your license permits

  • Nulled, cracked, or GPL-resold copies are not eligible for support or updates and may pose security risks

3. One-Time Payment & Pricing

SpeedyGo is sold as a one-time payment. There are no recurring subscription charges.

  • All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes

  • Taxes (GST or others) may apply depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout

  • Your license key and download link are delivered to your registered email address immediately after payment

  • SpeedyGo reserves the right to change pricing for future purchases; existing customers are not affected

4. Account & Customer Dashboard

When you purchase SpeedyGo, an account is created on speedygo.io where you can:

  • Download the Plugin and future updates

  • View and manage your license key

  • Submit and track support requests

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. SpeedyGo is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your login.

5. License Activation & Plugin Communication

The SpeedyGo Plugin communicates with our server (speedygo.io) for the following purposes:

  • License activation — verifying your purchase when you activate the Plugin on a site

  • License validation — periodic checks to confirm your license is active

  • Plugin updates — checking for and delivering new Plugin versions

By activating the Plugin, you consent to this communication. The data transmitted is limited to your license key, your WordPress site URL, and the Plugin version. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You may:

  • Install the Plugin on sites you own or manage on behalf of clients (within your license limits)

  • Modify the Plugin code for your own use (modifications are not eligible for support)

You may not:

  • Use the Plugin for any unlawful purpose

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the Plugin

  • Use one license key across more sites than permitted

  • Transfer your license to another individual or entity without prior written consent from SpeedyGo

7. Updates & Support

  • Plugin updates are provided at SpeedyGo’s discretion and are available as long as your license remains active

  • Support is provided via the support portal at https://speedygo.io/support-ticket/

  • SpeedyGo does not guarantee resolution of every support request, particularly for issues arising from third-party plugin or theme conflicts

  • Response times may vary. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SpeedyGo does not warrant that:

  • The Plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted

  • It will be compatible with all WordPress configurations, themes, or third-party plugins

  • Results (e.g. page speed improvements) will meet your specific expectations

You are responsible for testing the Plugin in a staging environment before deploying on a live site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpeedyGo and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Plugin — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin.

10. Intellectual Property

The SpeedyGo Plugin, its name, logo, and all associated content are the intellectual property of SpeedyGo. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and specifically the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
