This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested for purchases made through SpeedyGo.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Product Notice

SpeedyGo is a digital software product delivered electronically. Because digital products can be downloaded, activated, and used immediately, refunds are not automatic and are subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Refund Requests

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase if one of the following applies:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • You purchased by clear mistake and have not meaningfully used, downloaded, or activated the product
  • The product has a verified technical issue that prevents reasonable use, and our support team is unable to provide a workable solution.
  • A refund is required by applicable law

All refund requests must be submitted to our support team with enough detail for us to review the case.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • you changed your mind after purchase
  • you no longer need the product
  • you purchased by mistake, but already downloaded, activated, or substantially used the product
  • the issue is caused by your hosting, theme, plugins, server configuration, third party conflicts, or unsupported environment
  • you did not review the product description, requirements, or documentation before purchase
  • you request a refund after the refund window has expired
  • you violated our Terms and Conditions
  • you are attempting to use the refund policy as a free trial

4. Technical Issue Related Requests

If your refund request is based on a technical issue, you must first allow us a fair chance to investigate and attempt to resolve the problem.

That means you may be asked to provide:

  • the affected website URL
  • plugin version
  • WordPress version
  • PHP version
  • issue description
  • screenshots or steps to reproduce the issue
  • temporary access or environment details, where reasonably necessary and voluntarily provided

If we can resolve the issue or provide a reasonable workaround, the refund request may be declined.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged more than once, contact us as soon as possible. Verified duplicate or incorrect payments may be refunded or adjusted.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us first so we have a fair opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your license, account, support access, or future purchases.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • it will be issued to the original payment method where possible
  • processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and banking system
  • access to the refunded license may be revoked
  • updates, support, and product access associated with the refunded purchase may be disabled

8. Partial Refunds

We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, credit, or alternative resolution where appropriate based on the circumstances.

9. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we reasonably believe there is:

  • abuse of the refund policy
  • repeated refund behavior
  • dishonest claims
  • misuse of the product before requesting a refund

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date.
