Most small business websites land on Plus. It includes WooCommerce support, asset combination, JS interaction delay, 35 GB of CDN bandwidth, and 8 hours of human support every month. If you have a single small blog or personal site, Starter is enough.
Is the free plan enough for a live business website?
Free is best for testing SpeedyGo on a small or personal site. A live business website usually needs Starter or Plus for real CDN bandwidth, image conversions, and dedicated human support.
What happens if CDN bandwidth is finished?
Your site keeps working – SpeedyGo automatically pauses the CDN and serves files directly from your origin server. You can buy extra bandwidth or upgrade your plan at any time, with no surprise charges.
What counts as image conversion?
Every unique image converted to WebP (or another optimized format) counts as one conversion. Reusing the same converted image across pages does not count again. Conversion counters reset every month.
Do you help fix technical speed issues?
Yes. Plus and Pro include technical fixes for SpeedyGo-related issues. Agency plans include priority technical support and scheduled audits. Setup help is also available on the included support hours.
Is SpeedyGo suitable for WooCommerce?
Yes. SpeedyGo is WooCommerce-aware out of the box – cart, checkout and account pages are kept out of the cache. Full WooCommerce optimization is included from the Plus plan onwards.
Do you offer agency pricing?
Yes. The Agency plan is fully custom – bulk CDN pricing, multi-site support, advanced onboarding, and priority technical support. Contact our team with your site count and monthly traffic for a quote.
Can I upgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are instant. The remainder of your current term is prorated automatically, so you only pay the difference.
Is BunnyCDN included?
Yes. BunnyCDN is built into every paid plan up to your plan’s bandwidth limit. You do not need a separate CDN account or contract.
Is image conversion really unlimited in Pro?
Yes, under a fair-usage policy. Fair usage means typical business use. If a single site uses far more than typical Pro volume in a month, we will contact you first – we never silently throttle or charge.
